To truly lead with presence requires trust in others, confidence in yourself and humility within your role.

Looking Forward

Today’s CEOs are looking forward to what lies ahead for their companies and their industries. They want to keep up with industry trends, understand how new technology will affect their business and be prepared for what they don’t know. To do that, they need to have an open mind, an understanding of where things are headed and a willingness to adapt. These qualities are essential in today’s fast-paced world, but it doesn’t mean being so flexible that you bend out of shape. It means being able to lead in ways others can follow. And that requires knowing yourself—what works best for you, your team and your company. If there’s one thing leaders must remember: You don’t have to reinvent yourself or change who you are as a person or as a leader—just make sure you keep moving forward.
